Originally from Massachusetts, Maia Driggers is a 3rd-year undergraduate student at the University of Chicago, majoring in Medieval Studies and Cinema & Media Studies. Her interests include the cultural history of the Middle Ages, as well as portrayals of the Middle Ages in popular media. At STAGE, Maia works on Curiosity: The Making of Scientist. She is involved most heavily in story development, editing, and color correction for the project. After graduation, Maia hopes to pursue a career in film production, and has been inspired by her work at STAGE to incorporate documentary principles into her filmmaking.
